Challenge
Competitive suburban NJ market with several established schools. Owner needed to fill a new kids program without cannibalizing adult BJJ enrollments.
Approach
- —Split-audience Meta campaigns targeting parents of 5–12 year olds separately from adult BJJ prospects.
- —Rebuilt the site with two distinct funnels — Kids Trial and Adult Free Week — with dedicated schema and metadata per program.
- —Local SEO push targeting 'martial arts Hazlet,' 'BJJ Monmouth County,' and surrounding zip codes.
